Digital TB Care is an evidence-based program designed to improve treatment adherence and reduce drug resistance risks through Video-Supported Therapy (VST). Co-developed with the Finnish Lung and Health Association (FILHA).

• A 4 – 24 month structured program ensuring continuous medication adherence. 
• VST allows remote verification of medication intake, reducing missed doses. 
• Daily reminders and patient education with secure chat access to care teams. 
• Integrated reporting tools for clinics, hospitals, and public health agencies. 

This program helps patients stay on track with their medication, reducing the risk of multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB). It provides healthcare professionals with real-time adherence data, enabling rapid interventions when needed.

Developed by HealthFOX in partnership with FILHA and national TB programs, this approach supports both urban and remote healthcare settings, ensuring equal access to TB care. 

This program has proven outcomes of increased adherence of 83%.
