Generalised Anxiety Therapy (GAD) is aimed at patients older than 16 years suffering from anxiety. It is co-developed with Helsinki University Hospital and HealthFOX Ltd. Currently, it is prescribed as Finland’s first line of treatment for GAD with proven outcomes.
